As Product Strategy Leader, Alex’s specialty is to understand the needs of our customers in a world where supply chains are facing unprecedented challenges. Collaborating closely with customers, external stakeholders and the rest of the executive team Alex helps develop and drive John Galt’s strategic roadmap and thought leadership, and identifies emerging technologies and new industry opportunities. Alex brings unique insight into supply chain planning technology from her previous role as a Sr. Principal Research Analyst at Gartner, as well as experience leading demand planning for SUBWAY. Alex holds an MBA from the University of Miami and Graduate Certificate in Data Science from UC Irvine.
