Harry Mantelis immersed into the Fragrance & Flavors business by joining Firmenich, after having smaller professional experiences as entrepreneur and consultant. In Firmenich, he has held roles of progressively increasing responsibility both business wise and geographically on inventory management, strategic planning and program management. Currently Harry is in the business of making people happy by heading the Demand function at Givaudan for EAME Taste & Wellbeing which includes Customer Care, Demand Planning and S&OP. Harry is passionate about helping people find purpose for their every day work, in the strategy of corporations.
