Mark Holloway is Global Operations’ vice president of Global Supply Chain for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He has been in this role since March 1, 2019 and is responsible for capabilities and delivery of results for planning, transportation and warehousing and customer service.
Prior to working for Goodyear, Mark was the vice president Customer & Logistics Services EMEA for Johnson & Johnson (J&J). In that role, he was accountable for warehousing, transportation, customer service and customer collaboration for all J&J categories in EMEA and for J&J’s global consumer supply chain. Mark led strategic investments in DC automation and improvements in costs and service across EMEA. He also worked for Goodyear before his time at J&J, where he was vice president Supply Chain in EMEA leading planning and logistics. Mark drove a customer-facing approach across the supply chain at Goodyear, which led to improved customer service ratings, customer collaboration and cost reductions. Mark worked at Diageo, a global beverage company as the head of Supply Chain for Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific lead for Logistics and Planning Capabilities. He has also worked for Unilever as Vice President Customer Service and Logistics Excellence, where he implemented standard operating procedures and drove customer service and cost improvements across all countries in Asia, the Middle East, Central Europe, Africa and Russia.
Mark was born in South Africa and schooled in South Africa, Holland and England. He has worked in countries across Europe and Asia, including Thailand, Singapore, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland and Belgium. Mark has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and has completed post graduate study at Leeds University. Mark, his wife, and their dog live in Hudson, Ohio, USA.
