The Covid-19 Pandemic has re-written how humans live their day to day
lives, how we interact within a business environment, and how businesses
manage the rapidly changing demands and behaviours of customers.
At the beginning of the Covid outbreak, Supply Chain leaders found
themselves at the heart of this frantic realignment to ensure that the key
pillars of Supply Chain, source, make and deliver, were upheld. They
ultimately had to deal with the challenge of preventing the global supply
network from coming to a standstill in the face of unprecedented disruption.
Companies almost immediately began adapting to the new (ab)normal, and
Supply Chain leaders found themselves under an unfamiliar spotlight.
